Andrew Keates will direct Steve Furst’s one man show STEVE FURST: IN CHARACTER at Underbelly Festival for one night only on Friday 15thJune 2018.
Steve Furst (Walk Like a Panther, Little Britain, The Wright Stuff, Matilda, Orange Cinema Ads, Toast of London), will be presenting his new one-man-show, Steve Furst – In Character at the Belly Theatre as part of the Underbelly Festival 2018 for one night only on Friday 15th June 2018 at 9.15pm, directed by multi-award-winning Director Andrew Keates.
Steve Furst– In Character is a series of five different characters including waltzer-owner Ernie Vas, The Mayor of Kentish Town – a fast-talking no-nonsense local politician and viral internet sensation, Dave Pike – former Hollywood stunt man, Lyn – a celebrity fanatic and Queenie – an unexpected violent offender.
The show has been performed in venues all over the UK including the Astor Theatre, The Museum of Comedy and the Tristan Bates Theatre to sell-out audiences and follows the cinematic release of new British film Walk Like a Panther, which also stars Steve Furst. It is directed by multi-award-winning director, Andrew Keates (Chinglish, Dessa Rose, As Is) and is produced by Arion Productions Ltd.
